Cypress Community Garden’s Annual General Meeting will be held March 9 2021 at 7 pm.. Due to Covid-19 and restrictions on group meetings, the AGM will be held on Zoom with gardeners having the option of phoning into the meeting. Details will be sent to garden members shortly on how to sign in and attend.

The Local Food Action Plan Shape Your City survey,  is open now for feedback about the update of the plan. The survey will be open until Thursday, January 28 2021. The survey only takes about 5 minutes to complete. To contribute to the survey go to: https://shapeyourcity.ca/local-food-action-plan

The Province has designated community gardens as an essential food and agriculture service provider during the COVID-19 response. UBC Farm is offering a series of  Online Community Workshops  (https://ubcfarm.ubc.ca/workshops/ ) on VEGETABLE GARDENING and they are affordable (approx $15/per workshop). Cypress Community Gardeners and others might want to check this out.  The online workshops are being offered this year due to Covid-19
